How fast can you start the rescue?

Do you keep my existing code?

Mostly yes. Roughly 60 percent of the codebase stays — UI, brand, anything stateless. We rewrite 30 percent (auth, payments, multi-tenant boundaries, AI tool connections). We delete 10 percent (dead routes, ghost integrations).

Can I still use Cursor or Claude Code after the rescue?

Yes, and we leave the codebase set up for that. We add typed schemas, critical-path tests, and a CLAUDE.md that scopes the agent to safe areas. Most founders ship features twice as fast post-rescue because every change runs through CI.

What if my Stripe or Supabase keys are leaked?
